MUSIC NO LOUD MUSIC Mon-Thursday. Music may be played at a reasonable decibal level Fridays 4pm-10 pm; Saturdays 5pm-10pm; Sunday 5:00-8:00 pm BOOKING TIMES & FEES Extra charges will apply to any time not agreed upon. Setup and clean up time must be included in your booking. No additional time before or after the even is permited. Be sure to include the clean up time within your booking. All guests (including caterers, decorators, djs, vendors, medie etc.) are solely the responsibility of the person booking the venue. If anyone remains after the end time agreed, this will be considred overtime and you will be charged for one FULL hour plus any additional fees that apply. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND/OR PREMISES Any damage to the property or furniture, garde due to a lack of adherence to the guidelines will be charged at FULL cost to recover any loss. It is the responsiblity of the person booking the space. NO PETS OR ANIMALS OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED. NO OUTSIDE GRILL ALLOWED DECORATING ABSOLUTELY NO nails, screws, gummed back material may be used to affix anyting to the furniture, walls, or building. Glitter or confettie is permitted and will incur a $150 cleaning fee. No combustible material, including flares, fireworsk or fire producing items allowed. Face-paintine, hand paints or other similar activity is permitted and will incur a $150 cleaning fee.
