(I've also included some shots of the surrounding environment to give a more comprehensive visual sense of the local area in all its wonderful beauty) This is an off-grid(no water/electric) location that gives the perfect feeling of remoteness while conveniently located only 5-8 minutes to Twentynine Palms, CA City Center for all civilian needs. Only 10-15 minutes to the Eastern Joshua Tree National Park entrance. A weekly serviced Porta-Potty is on site with a water pump sink and toiletries*** The rustic and dilapidated cabin seen in the listing photos can be used as a backdrop only. My property line extends up very close to this structure. However, shooting within very short yardage of the structure(in and directly around) would require additional permission from the owners next door. I have designated one part of my Lot as an Airbnb campground(see photos). This area can conveniently be used for Crew Parking if needed. PLEASE NOTE: BOOKINGS REQUIRE THAT ALL FILM/PHOTO PRODUCTIONS OBTAIN THEIR OWN CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE(COI) FOR LOCATION SHOOTING ON MY PROPERTY. For photo and film shoots I am using my own personal On-Site Rep to ensure proper safety and clean up. This service will be incorporated into my Location Fee. They are a professional Location Management Co. that work on shoots in and around the High Desert and Inland Empire region.
