Renovated three story 1880 Queen Anne Victorian with Carriage House. The home is on the Boston Marathon route, with a large driveway/small parking lot, able to accommodate several vehicles. The exterior is detailed with different shades of blue and has a wrap-around porch and a turret. The decor is eclectic. The main living area on the first floor is a large room, divided into three seating areas (fireplace, TV watching, and sitting/reading nook). The walls of the room are dark blue and is filled with large windows. Great for entertaining, playing games, dancing, etc. There is also a dining area and newly-renovated kitchen with breakfast nook, leading to a back deck. High ceilings (10'). The Carriage House apartment is a loft space with exposed beams and open studio layout. This can also be used for filming.
