The house was built in the 1960s and has been fully renovated and redesigned to create a modern and cozy stay! The downstairs is embodies the perfect "party flow" for any event from a dinner party, a cocktail reception to an offsite work retreat. The oversized dining room is the perfect space to flex from a strategic planning session to an intimate dinner. The house offers a large den and a second sitting room. The kitchen is located in the center of the house providing the opportunity for in-house cooking or ample space for catering. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms that are fully prepped and stocked for guests can stay overnight following your event or out-of-town team members can stay on site. The space works well for a group of friends, small families, or work teams.
