Cozy Apt Located in the heart of West Jackson

Welcome to my cozy place! 1BR furnished apartment conveniently located right on the outskirts of the Fondren district of Jackson. This location offers an authentic cultural experience in the heart of West Jackson - a neighborhood in transition - and the interior style is neat and comfy. Jackson is truly a "City with Soul" and this listing is for the entire place which offers a simple, authentic take on living in Jackson. My unit is quaint and comfy and in an area moving towards revitalization. The unit has full kitchen, Wi-Fi, full bath, linens, TV, kitchen essentials (plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc), and a comfy Full size bed that can sleep two. Parking is in front of the apartment. The complex is currently being renovated to accomodate this up and coming area. While I know my place is not perfect, its important to me to do my best to make sure you are happy and satisfied. This apartment is only a few blocks from shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, hospitals, and downtown Fondren. Fondren is a great place to hang out and is known as our unofficial arts district. Enjoy one of the biggest block parties that Jackson has to offer every First Thursday of the month with loads of food, entertainment, and art. Rest and relax or eat and party, you can do it all in Fondren! All within 1.8 miles of where you will be staying. It's also in a great location that provides easy access to the Interstates I-220 and I-55 where there's plenty of fast food restaurants and much more shopping. Just to name a few, my place is: 1.9 miles from Whole Foods (Love this place, plus lots of shopping in Highland Village where WF is located.) 1.9 miles to Starbucks and 2 miles to Cups (We love going to cups with our laptops and relaxing with our coffee.) 1.8 miles to Roosters Restaurant and Barrelhouse Restaurant 1.9 miles to Babalu Restaurant (They have THE best tacos!) 1.8 miles from the Capri Movie Theatre in Fondren 2 miles to Thailicious and 2 miles to Aladdin Mediterranean Restaurant (The chicken shawarma is divine!) 2 miles to Fondren Fitness 2 miles to Mama Nature's Juice Bar 2.4 miles away from the Jackson Memorial Stadium
