This listing is for our open Event Space. The space is a block away from Rittenhouse Square park. Space has couple bar tables and two sofas. It is ideal for social meetings, Photoshoots etc. Minimum booking time is 2 hours. There is no eating or drinking allowed on the couches. Requirements: We require government-issued ID for submission, email address and a guest list for first time guests. Your Reservation Includes: You reservation includes access to your private reserved space with windows, whiteboard, 55" Roku Smart TV, high speed WIFI, available coffee/tea and snacks. Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed - we will provide one large trash bag for catering disposal. Each additional bag, when required, is $10. Hospitality Partners: We partner with local small businesses for both catering and hospitality needs. We currently partner with the Sonesta Hotel. Guests who book with us receive a 15% discount per reservation. Inquire for more information. We provide co-working, event, and office spaces to the general public. We're glad to host you! Your Reservation: Your reservation includes access to the entire Lounge Area with Bar tables and Sofas.
