Office building located just west of Downtown Durham’s City Center, near the Durham Co-Op and the Cookery. It includes rentable office and meeting space. There is a large conference room with a table and seating for at least 12 people as well as breakaway office spaces. This space could be used for meetings as events, including film and photo shoots. Currently no wifi in the space.
