Welcome to our light-filled 1920's apartment with original built-ins, hardwood floors, and a curated organic modern aesthetic. Warm minimalist styling, collected vintage pieces, sculptural decor, and abundant natural light create an elevated yet approachable backdrop for photo shoots, video productions, interviews, brand campaigns, and content creation. Located on a hillside with tree lined views off the back deck, the apartment features beautiful natural light throughout the day and distinct moods in each room. Lighting by room: •Primary bedroom: SW-facing with abundant natural light throughout the day. •Secondary bedroom: NE-facing with soft morning light and French doors to a private deck. •Living & dining : Southern exposure, faux fireplace, layered textures and sculptural styling. •Bathroom: Original tile flooring with warm western afternoon light. •Kitchen: Classic black-and-white checkered flooring with NW-facing light. Overtime begins if early access is requested or if additional time is needed beyond your scheduled booking to fully vacate the property. Overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Please note: this is an older building with limited outlets due to original electrical. We are happy to unplug items and make adjustments to accommodate your production needs whenever possible with advance notice. To help protect our carefully curated furnishings, please do not move furniture or décor without prior approval. We're happy to move larger pieces before your booking or assist while items are being moved. To protect our white upholstered furniture, please do not apply makeup, self-tanner, oils, or other pigmented products while seated on the furniture. Guests are responsible for any staining or damage. At the end of your booking, we ask that all furniture and décor be returned to their original locations. This is our home, and my boyfriend and I both work from home, so please message us in advance to discuss the details of your shoot and any production needs. Someone from the property will be on-site or nearby for the duration of every booking should any questions or needs arise. We look forward to hosting you!
