Our space is a blank canvas that will allow you to easily bring your creative vision to life. It's great for lifestyle shoots where you need enough space to design your look! It's an elegant loft-style storefront located inside Art Square with a parking lot directly in front of our space. There is a restroom for both men and women just about 15-20 steps away from our door. The location is easily accessible from the I-15 off the Charleston exit in The Arts District, just minutes from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Vegas. We're located in an active area with a bar just across our courtyard that is lively at times, mostly on nights and weekends. There is also a restaurant across the street and multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. • Free Wi-fi • Free parking • Air-conditioning/heating *Please note that setup and breakdown time should be included in your start/end time when booking. Your rental begins and ends at your confirmed booking time and not the time that you arrive or leave. You will be billed for any additional time. Additional time is also not always available.
