We are a design firm that has a beautiful live work situation (in combination with Greenhouse event space in back - see other listings). Our studio on the first floor is where we have a retail and office set up, and this unit (above, on 2nd floor) is where we showcase are design set up, with Kitchen/Sunroom/Dining/Living Room (and small powder room. The unit would be perfect for small photo sessions, intimate film shoots, and product set/shoots. This is a working showspace (that we do live in) so we keep it show ready most days, but it does require a once over before letting clients in. We ask for at least 48hrs notice to make sure that we have it set for your arrival, and we do have animals on site (2 Shiba Inus, and a Cat) in case allergies will be an issue. Animals will not be in your way, unless you need to hire them for your shoots. You will find the space will match pretty close to the photos that you see displayed, and we would like to note that if you need to move items around that we determine that prior to rental. There are many vintage and antique items, as well as furniture that is used for display of designer product. We want you to feel welcome, but please treat it with care and like our home, not yours (we want to keep it look it show ready for years to come). We are creatives by trade, and if you have specific thoughts that you feel like this space could work for, we are open to the conversation. A brief explanation of your needs and some detail of how this space can help enhance your shoot will go a long way for us to making it fit for your rental. We also are glad to discuss additional styled set options for additional fees, and if you require more "prop" needs, we have an arsenal of product in our studio and 'warehaus' down the street.
