Welcome to our bright, crisp and cozy mid-century modern cottage nestled in the Catskills, with soaring pine trees and a hidden creek at the end of a magical and scenic trail. With a large backyard. Enjoy our fire pit and patio in the backyard while hosting family and friends. There is also a Tesla charging station for use. The space The home sits on 5 acres and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor, and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor. The home is about 1600 square feet with an open layout. There are 2 entrances to the home, 1 in the front of the home the other entrance is accessed through the backyard. There is plenty of room in the front and back of the home to enjoy the outdoors. We have a hammock in between 2 trees in the front of the home and a long trail in the back of the property that leads to a creek.
