Often described as "The most entertaining space I've ever seen," and looking much like a movie set, the space is its own "conversation piece." WE make th eentire open floor plan available for "meetings" like cocktail parties, launch parties, mixers and networking events. Basically "stand-up" and interactive. This is not the kind of space where everyone sits and watches a slide show. Because of security and safety issues, we never leave the space unattended. We are not an Air BnB, we are a professional photography studio. Because clients often have questions regarding what they may use or how to use the lighting we have available, we are always present in the studio office. Because of the kind of space this is--the displayed jewelry, the artwork, the crystal, the irreplaceable accoutrements--we cannot and do not leave the space unattended. A manager is always available. The best way to use this creative space is to book both studio spaces, Sanctuary and The VIP Salon. These are adjoining spaces--all under one roof--and allow for both mingling and adventuring. For Workshops, Networking events and photography Master Classes we have, depending on the time of year, we have 6-10 exclusive "sets" that all complement each other. Ideal for fashion/portrait/ boudoir photography and film work. Also perfect for meetings, pop ups and launch parties. 22' high ceilings, bathroom w shower, small kitchen, free parking and convenient location.

A janitorial service comes in after every shoot/event and does a complete once-over, from top to bottom--including all public areas, make-up bar, kitchen, rugs and restroom.
