Chic, Arts District Dance/Yoga Studio

This brand new dance studio/rehearsal/performance space just opened up in March 2022 in the heart of the Santa Ana Arts District. We have converted the unit of a classic brick building into a contemporary space with modern amenities. Use this space for dance rehearsals/workshops, filming finished pieces or promo, yoga classes, sound healings, or host your own performance showcase! This studio boasts two rooms: Studio A - 690sq ft Studio B - 540sq ft And a lobby! Both have sprung, wooden floors, 7' mirrors that span the front of the room, independent sound systems that have both Apple and USB-C adapters to connect to your phone for your convenience, air conditioning and heating! Heels may be used in both studios. Studio A: LED lights are around the front and side walls of the ceiling - these are controlled with a remote control and can have solid or rotating colors. The overhead lights are cool white LED, recessed lighting. There is one flat white wall in the back with a metallic orange mural in the center, and one black glitter wall on the side - perfect for photography or filming. The small side wall has our dance studio logo as a neon sign that can be on or off. There are no windows in this room, so it can be bright with the overhead lights or dark with just the LEDs. The LED lights in Studio B are wash lights on the floor. They are controlled with an iPad we have at the front and can also have solid or rotating colors. The overhead lights are cool white LED, recessed lighting. There is one flat white wall and two walls of windows. The windows are covered with shades and they can be open for natural light or closed for privacy. Listing currently has times the entire studio space is available, but we often have only one room in use when the other could be utilized.
