It also offers multiple areas to sit, including a fireplace and daybed, great for interviews or photoshoots. There is also a large table and coffee table in the shade, and a shade garden with seating. Finally, there is a bar with a barbecue, pizza oven, mini-fridge and sink. Layout: The entire backyard and the courtyard can be used for your shoot. A bathroom and makeup room are provided if needed. The rest of the house interior is not available. Pool: Talent in the pool with prior approval. Pool heating needs 48 hours' notice. Up to 20 people on site, crew and talent included. A certificate of insurance naming the owner as additional insured is required for every booking.
