Single and double rooms can be decorated as stark hospital or as more decorative senior living. Nurse station. 3 long Wide hall ways intersect with a nurse station. Entry additional reception/ nurse station, waiting room/doctor's office. Central dining, industrial laundry and commercial kitchen. This is occupied by a small number of residents (about 5) and 3 staff. You will need to work around those residents however it is almost entirely available and they love shoots. You cannot shoot the residents without their permission, which will probably be willingly granted. Large outdoor private courtyard, walled in with commercial looking picnic tables. Small hospital looking entrance. Circular driveway, easy ambulance access. You can use props at no extra charge; oxygen, medical equipment, hospital beds and tables, wheelchairs, nurse kits, nurse charts etc. 2 large parking lots plus quiet street, lots of street parking easy to shoot exterior street scene. Easy access from 210, headed opposite traffic so only about 25 mins from Burbank.
