Stonyvale Space - Angeles Forest Multi Use Private Lot

Wild wild country away from the sounds and hustle and bustle of city life. This 1/2 acre space offers the wild beauty of raw Angeles National Forest landscape with the privacy of a gated lot. Old foundation and concrete rubble offers a rugged backdrop near the front of the lot. Towards the back a sloping bank gives way to a running creek peppered with boulders and reeds. Beyond the creek (when crossable) is a meadow and access to mountains and raw wilderness. Classic angeles forest climate and scenery. There is also a wood frame and canvas backdrop available for e-commerce and editorial shoots. The frame is easily moveable with 2 people to multiple locations on the property. Standard canvas backdrop included but feel free to bring your own if desired. *As this is within the boundaries of the Angeles National Forest, absolutely no fires of any kind are permitted. On site port-a-potty available as add on.. There are no permanent structures or dressing rooms available on site (although there is ample space to set up a tent or popup dressing room away from production areas). Large rolling gate provides easy access. IMPORTANT: Most phones will not have any reception one entering the national forest. Be sure to print directions and communicate with your team beforehand. Wifi available for shoots. Generators welcome. There is running water and standard pipe hookup for hoses. PARKING: Up to 4 vehicles may park along the front gate of the property. There is overflow parking available at the public recreation lot about 1/4 mile down the street. On Maps search Grizzly Flat Trail to see the parking lot.
