As a small business we not only feel the consequences of this firsthand but understand it can damper your experience as well. With that being said if you are unable to make it to your booking we will gladly reschedule your time if notified. We are however unable to offer a refund. We will abide by the Peerspace policy listed. We ask for your understanding and communication with the matter.
