You will immediately notice the quiet serenity of this property and its surroundings. It’s private with tall hedges/ trees. Space is not soundproof but very quiet. You’ll hear the waterfall, birds, and every once in a while, dogs barking, gardening equipment, airplanes/helicopters/ cars on the street. Space has natural light with many sunny or shady spots to choose from. Bathroom and kitchen available if needed during production.
