2-HOUR MINIMUM RENTAL Time booked is from ENTRY - to - EXIT (*) 2800 square foot creative space available by the hour -or- day (*) natural lighting through 4 shadowbox windows and 1 grand floor-to-ceiling window (*) motorized light-diffusing shades mimicking softbox lighting (*) makeup station with high seating and vanity lighting (*) six 8' x 12' rolling wall backdrops (*) variety of glam, mid-century modern, contemporary, shabby chic furniture (*) full assortment of props, throws, rugs, pillow, and plants (*) clothing rack and full-length mirror (*) free wifi and bluetooth speakers (*) 2nd-floor unobstructed views (*) private restroom in studio (*) wheelchair access and ample retail-style parking near front door (*) located just minutes from Downtown WE DO NOT OFFER IN PERSON TOURS VIEW VIRTUAL STUDIO TOUR: Please note we are a natural light studio - Morning until 3pm is the best day light from eastern facing windows. We recommend you bring additional lighting for reservations past 4pm, especially in the winter months. OVERTIME: Your time booked is from ENTRY - to EXIT. Please book enough time to set up, shoot in the space, and clean up after your shoot. This includes returning all props and furniture back to the way you found them. We ask that you be mindful of the reservation starting after you. An overtime fee will be automatically be charged at a rate of $10 for every 5 minutes over the original reservation end time. This overtime charge applies to all guests/clients in your reservation.
