With its glowing interiors, sweeping outdoor terraces, and understated luxury, the space offers a rare blend of discretion, atmosphere, and sophisticated charm. Inside, guests are welcomed into thoughtfully curated lounge areas featuring sofas, armchairs, ottomans, coffee tables, a large TV, and a stereo system with iPhone/iPad hookup — all accented by soft lighting and a refined, speakeasy-style mood. The environment feels cultured and intimate, making it just as fitting for an executive strategy dinner as it is for a chef-led supper club or a meaningful celebration with friends. A full commercial chef’s kitchen makes culinary-driven events effortless. Private chefs, pop-ups, tasting dinners, cooking demos, and elevated supper clubs will find the layout exceptionally accommodating. We can also provide additional tables and chairs upon request and work with you to help configure larger seated dinners or specialty layouts. The outdoor terrace expands the experience with its own bar, outdoor kitchen, grills, heat lamps, fire pit, and lounge seating — ideal for open-air dining, cocktail gatherings, stylish celebrations, or creative productions seeking an NYC rooftop energy without overcrowding or noise. While the venue is currently tailored to intimate gatherings, dinners, creative events, shoots, and refined celebrations, a performance stage is in development — opening the door to future acoustic sessions, talks, cultural programming, salons, and small-format performances. Booking Structure & Time Blocks We offer different pricing by day to allow for appropriate setup time, event flow, and a respectful environment. Monday–Thursday Evening Events •4-hour minimum •Best suited for meetings, workshops, brand dinners, and intimate gatherings. Friday Evening Event Block Friday evenings are offered as a structured event block. • 6-hour minimum • Time must include setup, event, and breakdown • Designed for evening celebrations and private gatherings Friday evening availability is limited. Saturday Events Saturday bookings are offered in 2 structured time blocks rather than short hourly rentals. Saturday Evening Event Block (6 hours) • 6-hour total access, including setup and breakdown • Designed for evening celebrations with setup time included Saturday Extended / Full-Day Event Block (Best Value) • 8-hours of total access • Flexible setup and breakdown • Ideal for weddings and milestone events. Saturday availability is limited.
