The kitchen must be returned to its original condition; sweep if necessary. 7. Restrooms must be kept in a sanitary condition. 8. Promptly clean up all spills, especially in the banquet and kitchen areas. 9. Keep sidewalk areas and parking spaces in front of the facility free of trash. 10. Ensure the Beverage Service Area is clean and free of trash. 11. Tables should be cleared of debris, including decorations, at the end of the event.
