ABOUT THE ROOM: - Perfect for smaller classes, workshops, filming, auditions, self-tape, readings, and rehearsals; - Easy access to load in and load out; - Free parking. WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE: - Access to the kitchen, bar, and Lobby area if you want to serve food and drinks during your time; - Any additional equipment (inquire for more details); - Early and after-hours access to the building from 10 pm to 9 am; - Courtyard. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR RENTAL TIME MUST INCLUDE SETUP AND STRIKING/ CLEANING. TIME FOR LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT IS PART OF YOUR RESERVED HOURS. OVERTIME FEES WILL BE APPLIED.
