We are located on the top floor inside of the historic T.W. Patterson building in downtown Fresno. Our space is approximately 3000 square feet. The loft has windows throughout with beautiful views of downtown Fresno. This space offers 3 large areas for entertainment, 1 bedroom, kitchen, and a bathroom. ⭐️THIS SPACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PHOTOSHOOTS. PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED. ⭐️ Once your booking is submitted, we'll schedule a time for you to visit the space in person. I like to meet all potential guests beforehand to walk you through the space, answer any questions, and ensure it's the right fit for your event. ⭐️ 2 HOUR Minimum / Your hours must include setup and breakdown time. Your booking time must include setup and breakdown. We recommend reserving enough time to comfortably accommodate the preperation and set you time, your full event time, and the breakdown/cleanup time. ⭐️ Our cleaning crew arrives promptly after each reservation, so if your event may run over your scheduled time, please notify me as soon as possible. If the cleaning crew is able to accommodate the time change I will adjust the booking time/rate accordingly. ** Must he 21 years of age to book.
