Bohemian Loft in London

The flat has a large open plan living room and kitchen, with very high ceilings. The living room has lots of very cool furniture, with a lot of wood, metal and glass, which gives an industrial feel to the space. There is lots of very cool original lighting and a very large picture wall, which always draws lots of compliments ( 3m x 5m ). There is plenty of light in the living room due to two very large windows and then the patio doors in the middle. The patio doors lead out to the huge private roof terrace, which is 100m sq. The terrace is two thirds artificial grass and one third grey composite decking. There is a very tall and wide fence separating the terrace from my neighbours terrace and it is almost the star attraction, as it was recently covered in foliage (artificial) and is very nicely lit up. There is a hot tub and lots of nice furniture. There are lots of pretty lights up there and at night it really is special. It is a two bedroom flat and both bedrooms are very clean and tidy, although the bedrooms are off limits… The bathroom and kitchen are new, having only just recently been installed. Food and Beverage policy: - Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. - Guests can bring their own alcohol. Event Activities NOT Allowed: - Afterparty - Hen/Stag party - Festival or holiday party (Halloween, Mardi Gras, New Year's Eve)
