The space is ideal for video shoots and photoshoots, filming interviews, product videos, headshots, teams, groups, e-commerce, product photography, portraits, lifestyle, retail, fashion, modeling, etc. The layout of the space has a 15 foot high and 13 foot wide white cyclorama wall, perfect for studio photography and videography. The working space can be rearranged to the artists' intention given permission prior to the booking. The space is equipped with the house grip package, light stands, sandbags, vanity mirror, extension power cables, wardrobe racks, table, chairs, and more. There is a loading/freight elevator as well as a passenger elevator. There is a bathroom in the building with given code.
