Modern Home with Red Brick and Large Open Layout

This home is great for photo/video shoots, ceremonies/workshops, business meetings, regular meeting space, and possibly gatherings/events upon approval by host ahead of time. Most of the furniture is movable or removable upon request and planning with host. Whatever your need is, lets do our best to make it work! The house is on a half acre, along with every house in the neighborhood. Each custom built. This one being born in 1963, but recently renovated. With the original red brick from 1963 on the front of the house, and white pillars lining the porch. Set up with modern rocking chairs and a small table to enjoy some tea or a joint out front. All main rooms like office, dining, kitchen, living room and family room are all big and open. In the kitchen, living, and family room, there you’ll find that original brick again. Creating that New York flat type of feel, accompanied by a modern boho farmhouse vibe. There are floor to ceiling windows in the front rooms located in the dining room and office. There is a 75 inch Samsung TV with surround sound located in the living room. As well as a piano. French doors in the living and family room bringing in light and great for photoshoots in front of. Any furniture can be moved and or removed with permission prior to booking. We can create the space as you'd like it for an event or shoot. I have a dancer's pole that can be installed if needed for shoots (goes in front of the mirror by the piano. Which the piano can be moved.) I have a giant beautiful mosaic glass mirrored chair that can sit in front of the pole or anywhere in the house for shoots. All items I have are available upon request and we can set them up. The backyard is off limits as well as the back house through the double wooden doors. There is a beautiful office space with a raisable desk and sitting area across the table. Also a dining table in the dining room (seats 6) and raised bar seating in the kitchen (seats 2). The kitchen for personal use (cooking, using main fridge, drawers, etc) is off limits. Shooting and hanging is ok. There are two mini fridges available for use to place your drinks or food in. Please clean up after. There are mirrors in every room throughout the whole space. Beautiful modern minimalistic decor and lots of greenery. There’s a wet bar in the family room with a mini fridge. The other mini is in the kitchen. An original fire place in the living room but NOT for use of lighting fires. Great for photo shoots and even for holiday pictures. 1 half bath available in the space. And tons of parking on property.
