This space is perfect for a wine and cheese celebration with friends, a projector screen movie night with ice cream, or even a company staff meeting. Great for a photo/video shoot with both day and night availability. The 800 square ft area consists of a mixture of artificial turf, Mediterranean style patio pavers, and an assortment of patio furniture. There is a white sectional couch with built-in wooden sides that can be used as tables, a wooden coffee table, a dark grey couch, as well as a few patio chairs. Blankets and pillows can be provided too if desired. There is access to a full kitchen and bathroom inside the main house as well. Parking - a few guest spots are 10 second walk away (space is inside a residential neighborhood complex). There is also plenty of street parking nearby.

We make sure to disinfect all surfaces after each booking. Any linens or blankets used will be washed on high heat.
