Elegant Farmhouse in Stamford, Extensive Private Gardens and Parking

The Farmhouse is set in its own private grounds of over an acre just one mile from the famous Georgian market town of Stamford. Stamford is renowned for its unspoilt Georgian buildings and has been the backdrop for many films and TV shows over the years including The Crown and Middlemarch. The Farmhouse is styled in keeping with its own late eighteenth century architecture and has large rooms, large sash windows and high ceilings with plenty of original features. There is a large dining room with seating for 16 people and seven bedrooms over three floors. The Farmhouse is set back off the road and through wrought iron gates up a sweeping gravel driveway which extends around the rear of the house to the large car parking area. There is a separate fenced paddock with orchard. Meetings have access to the ground floor only including lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, separate wc and games room including the extensive gardens.
