It is filled with natural props of yesteryear and gives a very authentic eerie feel for the genres listed. It is a very unique location that can not be duplicated. The building sits on 4.5 acres of mostly wooded land and borders 3000 acres of state land which can also be utilized as well as a stream front 2 acre parcel within 2 miles from this location that is also available free of charge along with this rental.
