Our spacious and airy loft space boasts tall ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick and abundant natural light. This stunning and neutral space is the perfect backdrop for your reception, party, fundraiser, meeting, corporate retreat, intimate performance, workshop, speaking engagement or other event. Our 4,000 sq ft flexible and uniquely appointed space can be rented in a variety of configurations. We are happy to work with you to identify the spaces that work best for your occasion. Exclusive access to additional spaces is available for an additional fee. Standard evening and weekend rentals for meetings and special events include Studios 1 & 2, Lounge 1 and Kitchenette. Full 4,000 sq ft space available upon request. SPACE DETAILS: - Studio 1: 1500 sq ft open event space with hardwood floors, exposed brick, tall ceilings and abundant natural light. - Studio 2: 500 sq ft modern studio adjacent to Space 1, wood floors, bamboo wall art, 10 Moon Pods® (ergonomic bean bag chairs optional) - Lounge 1: 500 sq ft living room adjacent to Studio 1 with modern furnishings, exposed brick, gorgeous natural light, filled with creative books and art objects. Seats 12-15. - Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle; plates, silverware, serving pieces available upon request. - Lounge 2: 900 sq ft lounge with mid-century modern furniture and 3 swing chairs, carpeted, high ceilings, exposed beams. - 4 office/breakout rooms: 150 sq ft adjacent to Lounge 2, tall ceilings, natural light tons of books and art objects - 1 bathroom with 2 stalls - 1 single restroom - Matte black modular conference table and chairs seats 14-22 depending on the configuration (Two 54” square, Two 54” half round) Available for use in Space 1 or 2 - Ten Moon Pods® - ergonomic bean bag chairs that support the nervous system - Hi speed WiFi - Color printer - White Board
