Use of the room includes: - 1200 sq ft Production Studio - 255 degrees of GreenScreen coverage for Immersive Presentations - Teleprompter and PA speaker system with Microphone - Power Strips - Studio Lighting - Registration/Sign-in at Front Desk - Bottled Water & Fresh Coffee and Tea with Fixings - In addition, free of charge, we are happy to have a "Welcome Sign"/Your Logo at the entrance to the facility and the front desk for your guests. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. Cleaning: We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. Providing hand sanitizer and PPE (masks, gloves, etc.) Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used.
