Urban End Unit Row House with Beautiful Scenic View of Trail

I own a new beautifully renovated end unit row house in Baltimore, MD with a lovely scenic view of the Blue Heron Trail directly across the street. It includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and I've converted one of my bedrooms into a Walk in closet and another into a music studio/business office. There are a variety of activities that work well at my house such as video-shoots, photoshoots, recorded cooking tutorials, and small meetings. The layout of my space starts with the entrance that leads directly into the living room, which then leads into my kitchen and the rear exit to the back yard. I also have an upstairs level that includes my master bedroom, guest bedroom, and walk in closet, and a basement that includes my studio/office room and a finished open layout concept. My home has a variety of smart home integrations. Music can be streamed from every room, and video can be streamed from most of the rooms as well. In addition to the internal features of the house I have a full yard, firepit, and tool shed in the back that can be utilized for a variety of different activities as well.
