See events posting for details. We have graded loading gate for easy equipment access. Rates: small productions with crews in the teens count enjoy our special $98/hr rate and reduced cleaning fee, but a full cleanup is expected as of productions. Note this rate is only applicable on weekdays. Large productions are $145/hr and full day is capped at 8 hrs. We also offer large upstairs infinity curve with office at 50% off if rented together with main venue. This space is perfect for hosting a variety of events such as private dinners, seminars, film screenings, presentations, corporate galas, and receptions, see meetings/parties version. The key features of this venue are its comfortable cafe area, FULL kitchen and bar, professional sound system, and auditorium seating (that can easily be hidden for more space). The space is laid in three segments: 1. The cafe - a bright, and comfortable area for folks to sit on our long booths or stand and mingle. This area is equipped with a full kitchen and espresso machine that's perfect for a private dinner or party. 2. Stage - our stage is in the middle of the space and it's surrounded by a 360 degrees curtain, allowing the "front" of the stage to be in either direction. This portion is great for hanging our projector for corporate events, setting up a photo booth for parties, or used as a traditional stage for a performance. 3. Auditorium - Our auditorium seating fits 80 people and is mainly used for performances, presentations, and screenings. The seating can easily be put away to have a large open space to fit more tables or act as a dance floor.
