Only 3 minutes form restaurants and shops. 3 Blocks from Wild Life Preserve and Boat Launch, great for photo or filming. Renting the whole property for filming is an option. Any large furniture moved must be moved by professional movers and home must be cleaned by professional service. Home has large owner permit parking (can fit up to 5 cars and port a potty) area in front of the house with additional paved and gavel parking on the side of the home.
