Country experience with Seaviews

Welcome to Mt Rumney Escapes. This is the "Seaview Possum" House and is our biggest house with 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a Rumpus room. Mount Rumney Escapes is situated in a rural setting in Mount Rumney which is only 14 KM from Hobart CBD and 13 KM to Hobart International Airport. This property is close to all local attractions around Hobart and surrounding areas, Richmond, Port Arthur, Hastings Cave, Mona Museum, Salamanca Market, and much more. This property is set in natural bushland with a small drive on a gravel road. The location of your accommodation with Mount Rumney Escapes, allows you to easily explore Hobart & it’s surrounding regions. While staying with us, we would love to meet you and introduce you to some, or all of our animals: horses, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, chickens & birds. There are numerous gorgeous bush walks on the property, some which provide incredible views of the surrounding areas. At any time, you could be lucky enough to come across a variety of native animals: echidna’s, wallaby’s, kangaroo’s, variety of native birds, blue tongue lizards and possums! You will receive instructions a few days before arriving explaining how to get here and where to access keys. We may not be at the property when you arrive, but please let yourself into the cabin and enjoy your stay. Quiet, Lots of animals to see. Bring your own car. Heating is provided, gas heater.
