Location: Nestled in San Miguel Ranch, Chula Vista, CA, our tranquility-filled venue is easily accessible and provides ample space for your guests. Capacity: This versatile venue can capably accommodate up to 75 guests for cocktail, appetizer type events. Seated dining for 50 attendees is obtainable, facilitated by 50 chairs and 5 round tables provided. For comfort and convenience, one dedicated outdoor private restroom has been thoughtfully provided. Amenities: Every detail is addressed - from a raised stage, ideal for live entertainment or a DJ, to multiple covered patios, artificial turf, Music Speakers, Lounge Furniture, Linens and more. Food and Alcohol Policies: We can provide a listing of preferred caterers familiar with our venue. Please note, cooking is not allowed on-site. As for alcoholic beverages, we highly recommend utilizing the services of a licensed bartender. Recommendations can be provided. Venue Policies: No public parties or parties advertised on social media. All events are expected to adhere to specified timings, respecting the surroundings and neighborhood tranquility.
