White walls, floor, white painted brick and windows with sheers. The studio space is one room with two different sides one all white and the other a lime-washed blue wall with dark floors. There is also a moveable white shiplap wall (the other side hangs a backdrop) Lovely furniture included to use. Space is located on the second floor; unfortunately no elevator. NO Smoking, NO Pets, NO Loud Music, NO Glitter/CONFETTI, NO Paint. Nothing that leaves residue or smell. Please be respectful of other tenants in the building. The building is not sound proof so be mindful of this when renting, not ideal for video. As a reminder about the NE Minneapolis Neighborhood parking situation: -Saturday afternoon is the worse -Sunday afternoon isn’t much better -Mornings are better -Weekdays are best Please be ON TIME.
