About this space Large comfortable, fully equipped 4 bedroom house with large deck looking out to ocean views and only a 5min walk to the beach. Fully air ducted heating/cooling throughout house. Perfect for families or couples or great wifi for mixing up your working environment too. Please note: this house is in a quiet neighbourhood and not suitable for parties. The space BEDROOMS The Main Bedroom's best asset: waking up to the view of the ocean from your Queen bed. Bedroom 2: Features another queen bed and is ideal for friends or family. Bedroom 3: Privately tucked away, this room has a view to the back deck and ocean with a double bed. Bedroom 4: has two sets of Bunk Beds for the kids. The house can sleep up to 6 adults and 4 children. The bathroom has a full size tub with spa jets and separate shower. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. LIVING The open plan living room has glass and bi fold doors that connect to the deck and capture the view from the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge room offers a relaxed place to gather and features a TV, DVD player. Air ducted heating/cooling through entire house. Couches in both living and sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle a wide range of cooking from elaborate to modest, so plan to feast. Loads of appliances, pots, pans etc. OUTDOORS The open back deck offers full views of the Pacific ocean and beach and can comfortably fit the whole family and more for dinner whilst watching the whales and hand gliding go by. BBQ available. The front deck offers lots of space to sprawl out and a nice view of the surrounding bush land. You will require linen (sheets/towels). All beds have doonas and blankets. We do this to keep the cleaning fees down. *Please note: between the months of mid Aug-Dec some building works will be done under the house between business hours Mon-Fri. This does not impact the ability to enjoy the house but at times access to the lawn might be impeded. Please reach out for more infomation before booking if concerned. Guest access Entire house. (see above note on building works under the house Mon-Fri between mid Aug-Dec) Other things to note Not suitable as a party house. This is a strict rule. If the neighbours complain of a large party then you will be asked to leave.
