Designed with photo and video productions in mind, this space is ideal for crews of up to 20 people. Bathed in natural light from its west-facing window, our studio offers an abundance of luminance for your creative endeavors and a breathtaking view of the DTLA skyline. Inside, you'll find minimal furnishings, perfect for crafting your own flavor in the space. Plus, you'll have the added bonus of a small balcony to capture outdoor shots and enjoy some fresh air during your sessions. For the convenience of your hair and makeup artists, there's a dedicated prep area, and shared restrooms are just a short stroll down the hallway. Our studio is a minimalist's dream, providing a blank canvas for your shoots. It boasts an elegant all-white space. Moreover, we offer light stands and backdrop stands to meet your equipment needs. Lights and backdrops can be added on to your booking during the check out process for a small additional rental fee. Elevator Operation Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Sunday - No Service. Access by stairs only unless you request elevator service ahead of time.
