Nestled in the lower hills of Oakland, this home is a split level 1920's Spanish Revival and maintains classic character with modern elements. The main living space is very bright with natural light and period details, including several large original oval windows in the living and dining rooms. These rooms face north-west with an abundance of afternoon sun. The living room has shutters that can help filter some of the light. The 2nd level of the house are 2 bedrooms, an office, and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom opens up to the backyard and sitting area. The backyard is an oasis with several lounge areas, a hot tub built into the deck, and a hanging tree swing from a gorgeous Oak tree. There is a bottom level artist studio that is not for use. *Please inquire about weekends and we may be flexible with booking.
