Sse the space for tables, a dance floor, catering, games, or whatever your event needs. Make it your own with décor and setup, or keep it minimal and let the space speak for itself. The Space Includes – Large open floor plan with high ceilings – Two bathrooms and a kitchenette – Roll-up door in the alley for easy load-in/load-out – Lounge area and conference/dining table for hangouts or food service – Upstairs loft for extra seating or a chill zone – Fully equipped with A/C and heating – High-speed Wi-Fi Rentals & Add-Ons We offer in-house rentals to make setup easy: – PA speakers and microphone – Tables and chairs – Uplighting and ambient lighting options – (3) 8x10 flats for backdrop or build use – Lighting and custom builds options available — message us prior to booking if needed Food & Beverage – You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks (including alcohol with prior approval) – A small kitchenette and fridge are available for prep and storage. Furniture & Setup – All existing furniture (sofas, tables, etc.) can be used or rearranged to fit your setup. – Decorations are welcome as long as they don’t damage walls or surfaces. Booking Guidelines – Minimum booking of 5 hours for events. – Setup and cleanup time must be included in your reservation. – Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cleaning & Checkout – Cleaning fee covers trash removal, cleaning surfaces and floors, and restroom reset. – Guests are expected to tidy up — placing cups, bottles, decorations, and other items into provided trash bins. – Do not unplug any security cameras. This results in a $500 fee. – Return all furniture and gear to their original spots after your event. Please Note – For large parties or any event serving alcohol, an on-site rep and additional refundable deposit may be required. (The rep stays out of the way in the office but is there to help if needed.) – The space is located in the industrial side of the Arts District, offering privacy and flexibility for music-friendly events.
