With exposed brick, high ceilings, concrete floors, and colorful accent walls, the studio feels inspiring, open, and energetic while still being professional and functional. The layout is wide open and flexible. Host a boardroom-style meeting at the conference table, create breakout areas in the lounge, or use the upstairs loft for smaller group discussions or quiet work sessions. The open concrete floor plan also allows for larger seating arrangements, presentations, keynote-style talks, and workshop setups. Chairs and tables can be rented directly through our add-ons to make setup simple and seamless. The space includes a large open floor plan, conference/dining table, lounge seating, upstairs loft, two private bathrooms, and a kitchenette with fridge for catering or snacks. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. All existing furniture can be rearranged to suit your needs. Outside catering is welcome, and alcohol is permitted with prior approval. The kitchenette and fridge are available for light prep and storage. Ideal for team planning days, brand brainstorms, creative workshops, quarterly strategy sessions, networking mixers, and collaborative offsites. Minimum booking time is 6 hours. Setup and breakdown time must be included in your reservation. A site rep will be present in a private office during your booking — completely out of your way but available if needed. Guests must return all furniture and equipment to their original positions and may not unplug security cameras. Located in the Arts District of Downtown LA, the space offers privacy, flexibility, and a creative atmosphere that makes it easy for teams to focus and get meaningful work done.
