Located near Downtown San Diego, the Sanctuary is an indoor & outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. NOTE: Our event space has a 5-hour minimum booking. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup.
If you’d like to extend your booking beyond the minimum 5 hours, there will be an additional cost of $95 for each extra hour.
Guests must pay $40 Cleaning Fee prior to booking your event. Please make sure to add this fee on in the 'Add-ons' section prior to booking.

Insurance is only required for paid events or those expecting 40 or more guests. For smaller gatherings of 1 to 39 people, it's optional.
Must be 21+ to book events and overnight. Guests under 21 are welcome with supervision.
