If you're looking for the perfect location to hold your meetings, depositions, interviews, brainstorming sessions or just space to have a quiet conference room with seating up to 6, look no further! The space is centrally located in the heart of DTLA on Spring street next to a number of cafes, bars, restaurants, Starbucks, The Last Book Store and Pershing Square. There is approximately 400 sq ft of workable space with the room equipped with high speed internet with large TV mounted on the wall for presentations. Additionally, we have a kitchen/lounge area on site for yourself and guests to enjoy coffee, tea, and purified water. Our full-time staff is always readily available to cater to your needs before and during your visit.

The conference room is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking by an onsite cleaning team.
