PHOTOS AT THE LOFT | CHRISTMAS STUDIO SETUP Our Christmas studio setup is available November 1–December 13, 2026, at a seasonal rental rate of $150 per hour. Your rental includes two styled holiday settings, perfect for family portraits, children’s sessions, holiday cards, and seasonal content. Please send a request, and I’ll send you a booking invitation at the regular rate of $80 weekday/$90 weekend THE OLD ENGLISH CHRISTMAS An elegant setting featuring rich chocolate-brown velvet, Christmas trees, warm gold accents, and a cream couch. Warm tones and layered textures create a cozy, timeless backdrop for holiday portraits. THE WREATH NOOK A playful second setting featuring a decorative wreath wall, camel and ivory accents, and a rattan chair. This inviting corner offers a relaxed look and gives your clients variety during their session. Both Christmas settings are included in your rental and ready to photograph. RENTAL DETAILS • $150 per hour during the holiday rental period. • Weekdays: 1-hour minimum ($150). • Weekends: 2-hour minimum ($300). • Peerspace fees and applicable taxes are additional. • Lighting equipment—including strobes, umbrellas, and modifiers—is available upon request for an additional fee. • Downstairs waiting area for clients. • Street parking and a building parking lot available. • No pets allowed. SETUP, CLEANUP & DEPARTURE Setup and cleanup of your equipment and belongings must be completed within your booked period. Early entry and additional cleanup time are not permitted. Please allow enough time to pack up and depart promptly, as another booking may be scheduled directly after yours. STUDIO DIMENSIONS & SHOOTING SPACE The main studio measures approximately 23 feet long by 15 feet 8 inches wide, offering room for a variety of photography setups. The bedroom set area features a wall measuring 7 feet 10 inches wide, providing another backdrop option for maternity, newborn, family, and branding sessions. A separate room measures 11 feet 6.5 inches deep by 8 feet wide and can be used as a changing room, client prep area, or space to organize props, equipment, and belongings. Seasonal sets and furniture affect the available floor space and shooting distance. LENS RECOMMENDATIONS 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm lenses work well in the studio, depending on your camera, framing, and group size. A 50mm is a versatile everyday option, while a 35mm provides a wider view for families and full-body portraits. An 85mm is well suited to tighter portraits and headshots when space allows.
