Please read the following carefully… The booking comes with the following: -Sand Set w/ Stairs -Grey Wicker Chair Set -Rose Set -Retro Tv's -Pink Set -1 Strobe Light & Modifier for Flash Photography  Session Time Includes: -Set Up -Hair/Makeup -Production Time - Breakdown/Clean Up & Exit For example, if your session is from 12 PM to 1 PM, please plan to be fully out and cleaned up by 1 PM-not just wrapping up. We want everyone to have a great experience, so please book the time needed to complete your session. NO PETS PLEASE Excessive sand outside of pit is a fee up to $200 The space is available to rent 24/7, and its central location makes it the perfect production studio for you! Need a photographer at a discounted rate? Please inquire. Photographer @44shots.atl x @CapturedByLana ​ This is a shared space. You will have exclusive access to your set space, but there might be other guests in nearby areas. Noise pollution is also a possibility. If you would like a closed set for privacy or control over the noise or light level, please inquire. You are more than welcome to play music; we just ask that it is kept at a respectful level. ​ Plain colored backdrop options and other props/equipment is available as an add on for your session. ​ If this listing does not meet your needs, please inquire for a custom package. You can only utilize the space or sets that are listed above. ​Other sets/set rooms can be added on for a discounted price after approval is given. Use or interaction of other sets/set rooms by you or your guest is an automatic additional charge. Automatic $250 charge. RESCHEDULING: After the rescheduling fee is paid, the new session date must be within 30 days of the original booking date. Guests can only reschedule one time. After the 1st rescheduled appointment, a new appointment must be made. Rescheduling Fee: $45 Within 48hrs: Requires a new appointment The space is also perfect for intimate events.
