This beautiful chateauesque backyard is an entertainer's delight. It's over 1/3 acre of private space for you to plan your next event: wedding reception, birthday celebration, baby shower, corporate event, get-together, fitness event, or yoga retreat. The park-like space is very versatile, well-lanscaped, and serene. It features a large grass lawn, a stone paver patio, and a children's playground. We're located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Walnut Creek, California within a 15-minute walk to the downtown shopping and restaurant district. Features: - Landscaped lawn area surrounded by trees where you can add up to 8 more tables; - Stoned-paved patio area with a beautiful Pottery Barn cement patio table with 10 chairs, comfortable patio set furniture for 8 people, a 4-person patio table with an umbrella, and a built-in BBQ island with sink, Firemagic grill, Green Egg, and small fridge. - Playground structure with airplane seesaw and a half dome climber; - Apple HomePod speaker; - Bathroom with shower inside the house; - Driveway parking for 4-6 cars and free street parking. For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - The upper deck area with a 6-person patio table, 6-person patio set, and grill - $50/hr - Volleyball net or other sports toys; - Plastic tables and chairs: if you need additional tables and chairs, we have plastic ones. Let us know how many sets you need so we can try to accommodate them - $15 flat fee for one table with 4 chairs set; - Themed decorations - the cost of this depends on the type of decorations you want and for how many people. Starting price for basic decorations is $100, which includes plates, cups, utensils, napkins for 10 people, and a few table decorations and one tablecloth.
