Our true 1000 sq ft stage features 360 filming, skylights, lighting grid, hair/makeup/wardrobe room, a birds-eye vantage point for shooting, multiple photography drops and an adjacent video village room at an additional cost. Our team has over seventy years of experience in the industry, and we will do everything possible to help you with your project. ***If you book for filming, not photography and/or have a crew of 10 or more, your rate will be $199 per hour. ***Also, if you plan to leave your gear and/or setups overnight, there is a 12 hr minimum/full day rate. Because this is the equivalent of an overnight storage fee. We do this because we are able to have multiple bookings in one day, and if gear is left, we are unable to accommodate other clients.
