Large comfortable living room with seating for up to 12 has a fully immersive massage chair for after your meetings. A high table adjacent to a large flat-screen TV can easily accommodate electronics to turn the TV into a display monitor for presentations.
The outside deck with seating for up to 10 has a nearby large TV that can be faced in that direction for presentations.
Both TV's are smart TVs that are on multidirectional mounts. You can connect to them via wifi or with an HDMI cord. Alert the host if you will need help setting them up.
Fully loaded kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and dining room table with seating for 6.
The high-speed wifi is boosted throughout the house for quick download and upload times.
The printer is set up to the wifi and has a cable for computers; things can be printed either way.
