This space has vaulted ceilings and many windows which make it very sunny! it is on the third floor and tucked away in the corner of the complex so it is quiet and more private so there is not a lot of foot traffic. The space is very well decorated so it would be great for photographers to use for lifestyle photos, advertisements, boudoir photos or any type of photo that you could use a bedroom, living room, dining area, or kitchen. This space could also be easily used for productions, with plenty of space to move around with a video camera and small crew. There is a storage room as well, if needed. The space can be secured overnight if you have a multi day project and don't want to drag your equipment back and forth. The space is entirely private so it will not be shared with anyone else when you book it. You will have access to the entire space which is a 2 bedroom with 2 ensuite bathrooms --- one for each bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, living room, and washer/Dryer room. Each bedroom also has a walk in closet giving you plenty of space to hang up any costume changes needed. The bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are in the middle, an open concept floorplan. With the bedrooms separated it is easy to have designated spaces set up for a dressing room or break out rooms for smaller projects. With the open floor concept in the living, kitchen, and dining area it would also be easy to use it for small gatherings such as birthday parties, bachellorette parties, engagement parties, or any other small gathering.
